But He’s Pink!

For those of you who haven’t read my children’s book already, it’s called ‘But He’s Pink.’ It’s about Keeny, who faces social problems… because he’s pink, of course. It’s from my second EWC class (Writer’s Craft) and the assignment was to write a children’s story that secretly paralleled some sort of social issue, similar to Dr. Seuss’ ‘Butter Battle Book’ which is paralleling communism. Please ignore the typos… I just noticed a bunch today, and I don’t feel like checking them.

My First Occasion of Adulthood?!

So… I have a problem. Between Avon and mutual funds, I have 10$ in my bank account and a 120$ debt. Also, a shitload of pride, which means that I will not let others help me out. Do you know what this means??

That’s right! I will have to sell my PSP.

This is the decision-making process:

1. I don’t play with it that often

2. It’s not the moddable kind

3. I need the money, and I’d rather not have to deal with two things that my parents don’t know about than suffer because of them.

4. I will keep the gift games, because when I grow up I will have a moddable kind of PSP, and all the awesomeness for them. Not to mention selling them will be EVIL.

5. Other than that, it is a pretty primo pack with limited edition items, and I can sell in two parts.

6. This will be better for me. Teach myself a lesson, and know myself better. That is – stay in jobs that you are actually good at, like things that you have to physically report to everyday instead of having it be non-corporeal and forgettable. I also like touching money, so I can do that when I sell my PSP…

Now to delete all the slash fics I have favourited…

 

Anime North Cosplayyyy…

In keeping with the Evangelion theme, I’ve decided that Haelyn will be going as Kaworu-in-schoolboy-uniform. I am currently sewing a dress shirt and waiting on eye orders. Huzzah~

Loosely related to that is the fact that I am  now looking for a job. 

 

WOW.

See, this is University. Especially with the major I’m in, this is not hard work. However, with the addition of WiFi to the Things I Have To Distract Me, I will need to develop an insane amount of discipline or fail dismally at life.
